Project planning, management, and scheduling to develop and manage the project’s schedule and coordinate logistics and tasks to ensure the completion of the project is on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Project development: Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to get the rates for our clients, troubleshoot product delays, vendor issues, and the day-to-day logistics.
Implementation of all phases of project: Responsible for all overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing subcontractors, vendors, crews, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Partner with licensed professional and highly knowledgeable subcontractors, who have special expertise, to execute certain parts of the project including electrician, plumbing, and HVAC crews.
